Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health concerns and treatment goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
Requirements:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Current state licensure as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) with a minimum of [X] years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in conducting psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
